Contacting New Horizons

When you submit an estimate request, we use your name, phone number, selected service, and any email address or message you choose to provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Your request is sent by email to the designated website contact. Information you share by phone may also be used to respond to your inquiry.

Website and server information

Like most websites, the hosting server may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times to deliver the site and maintain its operation.

Third-party services

Estimate request emails are delivered through SMTP2GO to the website’s designated notification inbox. SMTP2GO and the receiving email provider process message information to deliver and handle these emails. This website also uses Google Fonts for typography and includes an embedded Google Maps location on the contact page. Loading those services can send technical information, including your IP address, to Google. Links for directions and the Google business search also take you to Google. Cookies and analytics

The estimate forms use a temporary session cookie to protect requests and show submission results. Limited request timing information may be kept temporarily to reduce spam. This website does not set its own advertising or analytics tracking cookies and does not include an analytics or advertising tracking script. Third-party services may use their own storage or cookies according to their policies and your browser settings.
